Morning · 9:00–12:00
Root causes and evidence. Each room grounds its conversation in the data anchors for its domain.
Lunch · 12:00–1:00
Cross-track mixing. Facilitators compare early keystone metrics before afternoon work begins.
Afternoon · 1:00–4:00
Design and score. Rooms name an owner, a checkpoint date, a domain score (0–4), and five system measures (0–20).
